NEW FEATURE: COVID-19 MANAGER
Everything your team needs to know about the coronavirus outbreak in one EASY-TO-USE app
There’s been a lot of uncertainty surrounding the coronavirus outbreak, but we want to make it as easy as possible for organisations to communicate key guidance and information with their front-line teams. That’s why we’ve developed COVID-19 Manager - a free resource which collates information from reliable government sources, including tailored guidance from UKHospitality for hospitality businesses.
HOW IT WORKS
COVID-19 Manager is now available on Yapster’s dedicated applications tab.
The free app collates information on the coronavirus outbreak from various government bodies including UKHospitality, Public Health for England, NHS and Acas.
All information contained in the resource is time-stamped and updated daily to make sure people are getting the right information at the right time.
A reporting feature is also available. This will help organisations track engagement and determine which page is being visited most often.
BENEFITS OF USING COVID-19 MANAGER
Free to use for all customers
Available as a microsite for non-Yapster users & an application in Yapster apps tab
All information is collated from reliable government sources
Everything you need to know in one place

WHAT THE INDUSTRY THINKS
Kate Nicholls, CEO of UKHospitality says:
"If health and safety is at risk, it is absolutely vital that businesses and consumers have all the information they need at their fingertips. We have worked with Yapster to make sure the platform has the latest UKHospitality advice available at a moment's notice."
Rob Liddiard, Co-founder and CEO of Yapster says:
“Few sectors are more dynamic than hospitality. That’s why every time an operator responds to consumer change we need to match their agility in terms of product innovation. We didn't anticipate using that agility for the purpose of crisis response, but in unfortunate circumstances this felt like an opportunity to do something in a small way for the benefit of public health. It’s also testament to the incredible dynamism of the hospitality sector. What other “low skill workforce” can create a public health app overnight?”
