Manorview joins the #yapsterfamily
We are delighted to welcome Manorview as a customer!
Here are some of the details which were also announced in Propel yesterday.
Scottish hospitality group Manorview has selected hospitality-focused mobile messaging app Yapster for its staff communications.
Manorview places a strong emphasis on employee engagement and wellbeing, as shown by their inclusion in this year’s Best Companies “Ones to Watch” list, as well as being named in the London Stock Exchange 1000 Companies to Inspire. They have been recognised for employee initiatives, such as their profit share scheme and charitable work which has seen them donate over £85k in the two years to various good causes.
Yapster will further enhance Manorview’s offer to its employees by helping the business stay connected with its growing team in more than 10 locations, including its eight boutique hotels. Any member of staff can send secure instant messages either one to one or in groups. Yapster also provides Manorview with an all-company social newsfeed for sharing team updates, successes and best practices.
“Delivering first-class customer service means investing in our people, and communication is a fundamental part of that,” said David Tracey, Managing Director of The Manorview Group. “Yapster will allow us to have company-wide conversations in a safe, secure way that doesn’t intrude on our colleagues’ personal lives. The ethos behind both the company and the app is a great match with our own vision for the employee experience - we can’t wait to see the impact Yapster can have on our business as we grow.”
Yapster Co-founder and CEO Rob Liddiard added “We are always excited by the chance to work with companies that are redefining the frontline employee experience. That’s exactly what Manorview are doing and we are proud to have been selected by David and his team. We are excited to see what we can achieve together.”
